If you think you’re buying a quality knife for 10 bucks, you should think again. I made the mistake of sorting by price and after a few uses, this knife is as dull as a butter knife. Save the 10 bucks and buy a quality knife. Let me be fair and also list the positives. The sheath is nice. The comfort and grip is fine. It’s just the blade that is easily dulled.Unsure at first because it wasn’t a brand I’ve heard of before, but I’m so glad I bought it. What a beautiful, well made and lightweight knife. Since the pandemic, I’ve been cooking a lot more. I finally decided to upgrade my knives. Recently bought a santoku, serrated and now this paring knife. One of the reasons why I bought this one is the steel butt in the end which I can use to smash garlic (does a great job of mincing too). I’ve only seen this feature in more expensive brands.
