I love this knife. It’s sharp, comfortable, and beautiful. I use it to cut fruits.I barely use this knife but when i do it cuts through everything easily, allowing sharp accurate cuts without hassle and losing its edgeThe 3.5 inch is almost perfect. The one issue I have with the knife is that the handle is quite large and heavy for a pairing knife. The handle is very heavy which causes it not to be balanced.This is a great (and very pretty!) kitchen knife with lots of utility. It's pretty big but easy to hold and use.
