This has got to be the best hunting knife I own. I know knife preferences go off personal experience, but I own a large mass of knives. I have some $300-$500 limited edition one in 3000 knives from browning and such, that I find to be less of a hunting knife than this puma. I wish this knife was hand made, because I love my puma skinner. Some people can't afford the hand made knives from puma, but they still want a German blade. This knife is for you guys. It holds and excellent edge, it fits nice in big hands, and the idea of a bone handle makes it very fun. The handle is not at all slippery, speaking that you care and maintain your blade. The handle will not be slippery if you wash the oils off of it when it gets to that point. Knife critics say it is a horrible handle, but that isn't the case. This knife is amazing and I recommend it to anyone who asks about it.
