The knives are nice looking and sharp but quite a bit lighter than I expected. I would have expected them to feel sturdier.We had the rest of the Wustof knives we needed and added these because we love the knives and needed steak knives, well... for steak. They are sharp and easy to hold and feel great. The Wustof knives, when kept sharpened, are wonderful.These knives are sharp, really sharp! Perfect for steaks as well as other meals. They fit in my silverware drawer, because the handle is the right size, the same as any knife.
