This knife has no downside. Comes razor sharp, easy to resharpen, 1/4" thick full tang, and the blade is small enough for anything but detail carving and the whole package is robust enough for hard use. Batoning, prying, even using as a screwdriver didn't stress the edge. For my fellow knife fighting practitioners out there, the absolute best part of this knife is that even though the holstered knife is small enough to ride concealed at the location of your choice, the handle is still long enough that you can get your whole hand around it. None of that compromised two or three finger grip bullcrap here. Mind you, the original grip is narrow and tapered so I do recommend taping your preferred bulk and texture on it. But I tape all my knives so that's no problem. I have been carrying this knife daily for about four years now and it remains my favorite for edc.
