As you know, the content of carbon is related to hardness. So if you want to have a very sharp knife, a carbon steel knife is the way to go. However, it is quite easy to oxidize, so you need to be aware of such drawbacks as well. I didn’t get this one for functionality for everyday use, so I am quite satisfied with it haha. And you'll like the "woah dude!" reaction you'll get when your friends see you pull it out at a barbecue. They'll want to hold it and they'll wish they had one too. They remember you had it and talk about that crazy ass knife you have.That's what you want it for right? Then buy it. It looks great and it is what it is! I like mine and no you can't have it!
