Great knife great leather sheath...buck is one of the top companies in knives for a reasonExcellent craftsmanship. Best of best! Very sharp as delivered. Made in USA by highly reputable Co. You get what you pay for! This knife should last a lifetime. The quality of a Buck knife, at the price you would expect. This knife is razor sharp out of the sheath.Your grandfather's Buck can be your for about what he paid for it.Super sharp. Standard buck knife quality. Nice thick leather sheath with sturdy button clasp. Has plastic sheath insert. The Buck 120 General is not only a great knife (though it is) but also an iconic one, and I think anyone ought to be pleased to have one in their collection. The knife itself bears the sharp, durable blade and excellent craftsmanship we've all come to expect from Buck. This particular model is a bit on the large side, so I certainly wouldn't consider it appropriate as an everyday carry kind of knife, but it's great if you're going to be out in the field.Because of its large and intimidating size, this is also one of the most iconic knives in cinema, used by heroes and villains alike on the silver screen. Perhaps most notably, it's the very knife used throughout the Scream franchise. So whether you want an excellent tool or a piece of movie memorabilia, you really can't go wrong with this knife.I bought this knife with the intention of replacing the heavy K-Bar in my backpacking kit. It is a very good looking knife, well balanced and 3oz. lighter than the K-Bar BUT, this one was made for them fellers with tiny hands. My first Buck. I can't believe how thick the blade is and it's still so light and balanced. It came literally razor sharp (my bald spot on my arm is proof of that) I absolutely love it. The leather sheath is beautiful. The pommel transitions smoothly to the handle. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. For only $100 it is a lot of knife. Sure the steel isn't the latest high tech material, but the full-tang construction, sharpness and comfortable handle make up for that "deficiency". I bought this one for my daughter, but now I think I might get one for myself.Another lovely find on Amazon. Razor sharp is literally the word. Hurts a bit to see how much cheaper it is on amazon across the pond but this is the cheapest you will find this knife in UK. Will make shirt work of skinning a deer from it's scary sharp blade and size.Utensile Made in USA e non copia cinese. Klassiker. This is a very well made knife. Buck stands for it's quality and I've been impressed by this product after using in all sorts of conditions from winter to summer backcountry camping and backpacking. It works great as a kitchen knife in camping conditions as well as a knife to make kindling and some light batoning. After 2+ years of use, no significant damage to the blade, pommel or handle. It is on a heavier side but it feels comfortable and good in the hand, providing a good grip for any task that you are up to. There are videos on YouTube that demonstrate how strong this blade really is.I wasn't a fan of the sheath as it feels a bit bulky. The leather deteriorates fairly fast after a few times being wet from the rain and snow. But, no issues with this knife in any weather. I've left it in the snow, it got soaked in the rain, used it to start a fire with a flint, cut meat and veggie, even filet a fish. Great buy at the good price. Einfach kaufen.
