I have been looking for a knife for backpacking and camping for a while and ended up buying this one. It was sharp enough to shave with out of the box and I couldn't help myself from slicing up everything in the fridge. Only thing I wish it had was a plastic blade cover instead of a cardboard sleeve. I did order the leather sheath and will see how that looks.Just got it so edge retention remains to be seen. I absolutely love the look of this knife and it so far seems to function as good as it looks.
