I've read all the reviews. I just wanted some lightweight, comfort grip, non-serrated steak knives for our Travel Trailer. What I GOT were GORGEOUS, super sharp, slick looking, light weight yet durable non-dainty knives that we proudly hang on our magnetic knife strip. The reviews that say that their knives rusted, all I can say is that it would happen to anything if left in water for days. Use them, do your dishes like good boys and girls, dry them and put them away. These still look as amazing as the day we bought them AND my husband used our electric knife sharpener to already give it an amazing cutting edge after heavy use. These aren't Chef knives, but you can't tell or won't care if you are just cutting your food like average folks. But we cook and we love them. Just do it.
