Coltello professionali di ottima qualità. Lo uso per lavoro e devo dire che sono rimasto stupito pur conoscendo già molto bene la marca. Nonostante le dimensioni si tratta di un coltello molto agile, estremamente bilanciato e con un'affilatura della lama (15°) che si avvicina molto a quella di un coltello giapponese pur non avendone la medesima rigidità la qualcosa lo rende meno delicato. Consigliatissimo.
